Terms of Service
The agreement for using Zeroko Cloud.
Last updated 2026-10-24
These terms are an agreement between you and [the operator's name] ("Zeroko", "we") for Zeroko Cloud: the panel at zeroko.space/workspaces, the workspaces it makes, and the services that run in them (the "Service"). By making an account, you accept them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means it too.
During the closed beta
Zeroko Cloud is in a closed beta, open only to the people we invite. While it lasts, these terms apply with these changes, which come first where they differ:
- Only Free, one workspace each. Nothing is charged, and there's nothing to pay.
- No guarantees. The Service is unfinished: it may change, stop for a while or lose data, including your services' databases and files. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose; we make backups of the whole machine, but can't promise to restore any one workspace.
- It may end. We may close the beta, or your access to it, at any time. We'll tell you beforehand when we can, so you can take your data out.
- Tell us what breaks, at [email protected]. Report security problems to [email protected].
1. Accounts
- You sign in with a GitHub account, and you need to be at least 16 years old, or the age your country requires to accept these terms.
- Keep your account and your tokens safe. What happens through them is your responsibility; tell us at [email protected] if one is compromised.
- One person, one account. Making accounts to get around a plan's limits, such as more than one workspace on Free, isn't allowed.
2. Workspaces and teams
- A workspace is one runner of its own, with the services you or your agents deploy to it. A workspace is yours alone, or a team's.
- A team's owner is responsible for the team: its members, its plan and its payments. Members act on the owner's behalf within their role.
- Deleting a workspace deletes its runner, its services and all their data at once. It can't be undone.
3. Plans and payment
- Each workspace is on a plan, described on the pricing page and in the docs. Free costs nothing; paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in euros.
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which sells the paid plans as merchant of record: it charges you, issues the invoices and handles the taxes. Its own terms apply to the payment.
- Changes between paid plans are prorated. A paid plan cancelled runs to the end of the month already paid, then the workspace moves to Free.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails and isn't recovered, the workspace moves to Free. If it doesn't fit in Free, its services are paused, its data kept, until it fits or is paid for again. A team whose plan ends is stopped, its data kept, until it's paid for.
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you at least 30 days before.
4. Limits and fair use
- Each plan has limits: services, storage, requests a month, and a runner's
memory and CPUs. Past its requests, a workspace's services answer
429until the month ends: we never charge for more. - Free workspaces sleep when idle and wake on the next request.
- Everything running on Zeroko must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Your content
- What you deploy and what your services store is yours. You give us the rights we need to host it, run it and keep it, only to provide the Service.
- You're responsible for your content and your services, including what your agents deploy on your behalf, and for having the rights to it.
- Keep your own copies of what matters: until backups off the machine are part of the Service, data can be lost if a machine fails. Each service's data can be exported from the panel and the API.
6. Personal data in your services
If your services process personal data, you're its controller and we process it on your behalf, as your processor, only to run your services and as you instruct through the Service. We keep it confidential, protect it (each workspace runs on its own runner, in its own sandbox), use only the subprocessors listed, help you answer requests from the people it's about, tell you without undue delay of a breach that affects it, and delete it when you delete the workspace. A data processing agreement with these terms in full is available at [email protected].
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service up, but it's provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime on Free, Hobby, Pro or Team. We may change it, improve it, or take it down briefly for maintenance.
8. Suspension and ending
- You can delete your workspaces and your account whenever you like, from the panel. Paid plans stop renewing.
- We may pause a service, a workspace or an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts others at risk, or that the law requires us to, telling you why unless the law or an emergency prevents it. For serious or repeated breaches we may close the account.
- We may end the Service with at least 60 days' notice, refunding any time already paid and not used.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, nor your rights as a consumer.
- Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We tell you of a change that matters at least 30 days before it applies, in the panel or by email. Using the Service after a change applies means accepting it; if you don't, delete your account before then.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes go to the courts of the operator's registered address, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to your own courts.
