Acceptable Use Policy
What may not run on Zeroko Cloud, and what happens if it does.
Last updated 2026-10-24
Zeroko runs small services that you and your agents write. To keep it safe for everyone, nothing on Zeroko Cloud, and no use of it, may:
- Break the law, or help others break it, wherever you or the people affected are.
- Harm children: any material that sexualizes minors is reported to the authorities at once.
- Attack or deceive: malware, phishing, credential harvesting, pages that pass for someone else, or scams.
- Abuse other systems: denial of service, scanning or breaking into systems you don't own, open proxies or relays used to hide traffic, or scraping that ignores a site's terms or overloads it.
- Send spam, or messages people didn't ask for, in bulk.
- Infringe others' rights: copyright, trademarks or privacy, or publish someone's personal data without a right to.
- Harass, threaten or incite violence against anyone.
- Mine cryptocurrency, or run work unrelated to serving requests just to use the machine.
- Get around the Service's limits: more accounts to get more than one workspace on Free, or ways past a plan's limits.
- Try to break out of a workspace's sandbox, or reach another workspace's data, except as part of research we agreed to in advance (see below).
What we do
When something breaks this policy, we may pause the service involved, then the workspace or the account, depending on how serious it is, and tell its owner why unless the law or an emergency prevents it. We may remove what's illegal and report it where the law requires. Repeated or serious breaches end the account, without a refund.
Reporting
Report abuse of Zeroko Cloud, with the service's address, to [email protected]. Report security issues in Zeroko itself to [email protected]: we welcome research done in good faith, on your own workspaces, that doesn't harm others, and we won't take action against it.
